*Order must be placed before 1pm to be emailed same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be emailed then next business day. Please note: orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be emailed the following Monday.

Physical (plastic) Gift Cards are normally despatched within 2 business days and Australia Post delivery times apply where postage has been selected. Courier deliveries are typically overnight from the time of despatch though may be up to 7 days for remote areas.

If in the one purchase you have ordered different types of cards these may arrive in separate envelopes and perhaps on different days.

Virtual Mastercard Gift Cards are usually sent to your gift card recipient instantly however please allow up to 1 business day.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Gift Card Store accepts Mastercard Amex or Visa in Australian dollars only. There is 2.3% Credit Card Processing Fee.

Your Prepaid Gift Card must be activated within 3 months of receiving it or the card may be cancelled. Please visit www.universalgiftcard.com.au and enter the 16 digit card number your 4-digit code which is enclosed in the letter you received with your card and the 3-digit CVV on the back of the card.

The card does not have a PIN so it cannot be used at an ATM.

All cards have a 36 month expiry.
